Approximately 4 Years Ago The Crown Was Thinned By 30% To Reduce Loads Generated By Wind And Weight. Recently, A Significant Limb Has Failed Luckily Causing No Damage. Targets Below Include Garden Are And Outbuildings Which Can Not Be Moved. The Risk Of Another Limb Failing And Causing Damage To Property Or Injury To People Is Un Acceptably High.
