Trees are in the front garden: 1. Silver birch by Dungeon Walk (public path) - it is proposed to pollard the tree due to public safety and health concerns - there are cavities in the tree and some branches are dead. It is proposed that the height would be reduced to 3.5 - 4 metres. 2. Silver birch to the left of the front gate (looking at the house from Hawthorn Lane) - all round reduction of up to 30%, particularly on road side as it is overhanging pavement and road. 3. Beech tree to the far left of the front garden at the junction of the pavement on Hawthorn Lane and 20 Hawthorn Lane - all round reduction of up to 30% including raising the canopy by 1 metre and height reduction of 3 metres (the tree is higher than the roof of the house).
