T1, T2, T3 and T4 (Sycamore) - Prune back sides of all 4 trees facing wall of 20 Bedells Lane by 2-3 metres to give 4 metres clearance between trees and property wall. This is to ensure trees don't become a problem by hitting property and to heighten light into garden.
