Proposed Design And Construction Of A New Extension To The Existing E3 Building As Part Of The Manufacturing Plant Including Approximately 1,227sqm (GEA) Of Shell Accommodation On Ground Plus 2 Floors. The Building Will Be Constructed Over The Site Of An Existing Single Storey Lean-To Annex Which Will Be Demolished As Part Of The Works. Amendments To Internal Site Highways Work And Utilities Will Be Included In The Works.
