The proposal is to demolish the rear rendered extension which was built approximately 1950, with further alterations in 2019 (Proposed remodeling of rear single storey extension Application No: 19/0535N) and to replace it with a brick sun room, a glass link and extension to the garage. As well as minor internal alterations to turn the outdated layout into something that will be suitable for modern day living as a family home for our clients.
