T1 Oak - Prune to remove two lowest lateral branches of 180mm diameter between 3 and 3.5m above ground level, overhanging garden. Prune to remove four low sub-lateral branches of between 50 and 100mm diameter at around 4.5m above ground level on southwest side, overhanging garden. T2 Oak - Re-coppice by removal of three stems to a low (1m high) stump. Works to be carried out in conjunction with pruning works approved under TPO consent 23/3339T. Reasons - To facilitate construction of planning permission 23/3801M, to accommodate planning approved side and rear extensions, to enhance the quality of the garden area along the northeastern boundary of the property.
