T1 Silver Birch (front left of property) Reduce over-extended branches as needed, 2-3 metres length reduction, height (3 metres) and spread (2 metres) T2 Leaning Cypress, Mixed Cypress & Shrubs group Clip trees and larger shrubs at the side of the property, to clear the property by approximately 1 metre. Reduce the leaning Cypress at the side of the property to 1 metres below the level of the chimney stack to create clearance in this area. Dismantle the leaning Cypress on the rear left boundary to ground level.
