T1 - Sycamore. Dismantle to ground level and remove stump. Tree has been incorporated into a private dwelling garden during house building works and fenced out of the protected woodland. Tree is growing under a larger specimen oak and competing for space and light, leaning towards the garage and property. This tree being removed would not detrimentally affect the amenity value of the protected woodland. Shading and proximity to the side of property will become a long term issue. Tree has also sustained buttress root damage during excavation works, presumably during construction of properties. All properties at King Pool Place are keen to protect the woodland and prudent tree management has been undertaken by us.
