There are 2 trees in question, an oak tree and a common lime tree. Both are situated in the rear grounds of Brook Street Chapel. Our neighbours' x 5, who live in Grove Park, at NO's 40, 42,44,46,48 have requested that that branches from both trees which overhang their respective gardens be cut back to the fence line, bordering the Chapel grounds. The branches are at an estimated height of between 5---15 metres , and overhang the gardens by an estimated 5--10 metres. They also ask that any dead branches, caused by squirrels stripping the bark, on their side of the fence line can be removed. They also ask if the canopy of both trees can be reduced. The trees are not subject to a TPO, but are in a conservation area.
