T1 & T2 - Norway Maple. Fell To Ground Level And Grind Out Stumps And Lateral Roots. Replant With Two 1.5M Rowan Closer To The Boundary With The Carriageway. Trees Are Old Pollards (Approximately 15 Years Ago) By A Previous Occupier. Regrowth Has Formed A Dense Canopy Which Is Overshadowing The Side Of The Property And Is In Contact With The Gable End Wall. The Root System From These Trees Is Now Damaging And Lifting The Driveway Down The Side Of The House Which Needs Replacing. A Main Foul Drainage Manhole Is Located Within 2M Of T1. Drainage Repairs Were Carried Out In 2009 To Rectify A Root Mass Which Had Entered The System. The Amenity Value Loss From Removing These Trees Can Be Counteracted By The Replacement Trees And The Two Lime Trees And Remaining Maple (T5) Either Side Which Will Dominate And Also Benefit From The Creation Of Space. This Work Will Break Up A Conjoined Dense Canopy On The Grass Verge Into Individual Trees, More Appropriate For The Location In Relation To The Property. T3 & T4 - Lime. Crown Lift To 5M Above Carriageway And Clear Street Lighting Column.
