Certificate of proposed lawfulness for the proposal relates to the installation of solar pv equipment on the rooftop of an existing office building. The proposed pv installations have been designed in accordance with the permitted development requirements set out in Schedule 2, Part 14 (Class J) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England) Order 2015.
