The lime tree to the right of our front garden is dead. It did not leaf last year and we waited hoping it will this year but unfortunately has not and the tree is dead so requesting permission to fell the tree as at risk now of falling in winds and potentially damaging neighbouring fences and houses. Happy to replant if the council advices so.
