To extend above our current garage and create two small bedrooms for our children. We aim to remove the current roof of the garage, extend upwards one floor, to tie in with the current roof eaves of the original house and then replace the roof onto the extension. We aim to use matching brick on the corners and along the side, and render underneath the windows which matches in with other properties in the street. If the render is declined we will seek permissions to continue the build but using all matching bricks if need be.
